Motorsports PHOTO Packages
Having worked on a few grassroots race teams, I know the passion, determination, and pride that goes into racing at your local track on Friday and Saturday nights or whichever night of the week your track operates. I've seen first hand the triumph of victory and also how a night can end with the entire team feeling defeated when you have to fix a wrecked racecar. This is where your sponsors come in clutch, and why it is so important to make sure they are not only seen on race day by the people in the stands as your car races by.
I offer packages that will allow you to show off your sponsors away from the track and online. My packages will allow you access to online client galleries where you will be able to download images from race day to use and print as needed whether for keepsakes to give to your sponsors, to send out with team press releases, or simply to frame and hang on the walls of your shop.
In addition to offering race day coverage packages, I also offer "hero" cards. These cards can be a powerful marketing tool for you and your sponsors, for autograph sessions and pit parties, or for display at your hauler for fans to take as they walk through the pits. Race Day PHOTO PACKAGE Pricing
Checkered FlaG Package
This package is a basic a la carte option for if I am already attending races at your track and shooting. The $25 fee will lock me in to get photos for you and create a client gallery, however you will have to purchase any photos at an additional cost per photo.

Podium Package
This is a mid-tier package offering event coverage on race day. Photos will be taken during practice, qualifying time trials/heats, feature race, and HOPEFULLY victory lane.
Within 24-hours of the finish of the race, you will be provided with a link to your client gallery where you will have access to download as many of your photos as you choose for no additional cost.
To make sure I can fairly distribute my time across all clients, I will only take on up to two cars/drivers per division, and up to six total per race day across all divisions.

The Winner Package
This is my top-tier package offering full event coverage on race day. You will get everything you would with the podium package, however you will be my only driver/car for that race day. This will allow me to 100% focus on you and deliver many more images than would be possible while also shooting multiple other drivers/cars.
Within 24-hours of the finish of the race, you will be provided with a link to your client gallery where you will have access to download as many of your photos as you choose for no additional cost.

Autograph session "Hero" cards
Has your local track scheduled an autograph session and you had nothing to sign for your fans? Do you want to offer fans something free at your hauler in the pits as they pass by? Well, "hero" cards are the answer!
Hero card sessions include professional photo shoot of you and your car at your race shop or sponsor's business. Cards will be designed with your input and include any information you wish to include.
Typically, the front of your card will include 1 - 2 different angles of your car as well as you the driver, your name and up to two primary sponsor logos. Backside of hero card will be in black and white, and typically will include a list of all sponsors (I can also display their logos instead) and any information about you and/or your team that you wish to include.

HERO CARD Process
1.Book Appointment
Ready to move forward with getting your hero cards created? Just click the button above to book your session. This will take you over to my booking site where you can pick an available date on the calendar. Typically appointments for hero card shoots will only be available on weekends due to added travel time, however if you are local to me (within 30-60 min of Paris TN or Mayfield KY), let me know and I can get you scheduled on a week night if needed.
2.CALL OR MEET
Now that your session is booked, we can either get on the phone or meet in person to discuss how you would like your cards to look. This can cover anything from color choices, fonts, layout, etc. Let's use this time to help me gather as much info as I can to make your cards ones you will be excited to unpackage and hand out.
I will also use this opportunity to let you know what to expect for the photo session.
3.Photo Session
This is where the magic begins and the rubber hits the pavement. I will come to your shop or sponsor business and stage your car with professional lighting and capture your car from multiple angles to make sure I have all options available when laying out your hero card design. I will also take 2-3 professional photos of you, the driver, to add to the card as well.
4.CREATE, Produce, and Deliver CArds
The magic began with the photo session, and it truly comes to life in this final portion of the process. I'll take the photos I captured during the photo shoot and pick the best ones to create a striking design for your cards within the parameters that we discussed on our call. Once completed, you will receive access to a digital proof copy to review. If everything looks good, just give it a thumbs up and off to print it goes! After printing, I'll deliver your cards in whichever method works best, up to and including delivery at the track.
